Mr. Belson assists digital health companies with such matters as business transactions, data privacy and technology licensing.  He has worked with software developers, telehealth and diagnostics companies and also frequently handles software and data privacy matters for biopharma companies. 

Mr. Belson is the co-founder and co-Chair of the Precision Medicine committee of the American Bar Association’s Science and Technology Division.

Mr. Belson’s Digital Health and IT experience includes the following:

• Drafting and negotiating customer agreements, software licenses and SaaS agreements.
• Advising HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
• Drafting business associate agreements, and also advising clients whether BAA’s are necessary in specific situations.
